No one can deny that the importance of juices in our daily diet is immense. Neither can anyone refute the fact that juices are probably the best part of any diet to keep you healthy, strong and fit.

Today, I will talk about 12 mixed juices here which will help energize you and your family in lot of various ways. These 12 mixed juices are often made by mixing a few (one or two or many) fruits and vegetables. This is done to get the best out of these fruits and vegetables. Drinking mere juices of these individual fruits and vegetables is also very helpful; however, when these fruits and vegetables are mixed together and drank, the goodness just amplifies by many folds.


We will talk about these juices in details later sometime; but for now, let me just give you the combinations and their one liner benefits.

Carrot Ginger Apple

Apple Cucumber Celery

Since the inception of forwarded emails, it is visible that we get wanted and unwanted information on a daily basis and in chunks. In this blog, I will also share with you some of the good forwarded emails that I got from my friends which teach us to lead a healthy life.

Here are a few tips for leading a physically fit and healthy life. This time, apart from regular tips, there are something for your cellphone too.

Talk over the phone using your LEFT ear.
Never drink coffee more than TWICE a day.
Never take medicines and pills with COLD water.
Do not have HUGE meals after 5 PM. Snacks are all right.
Shrink the quantity of OILY food items in your daily diet.
Drink MORE WATER in the morning and LESS WATER at night.
Always keep distance from your mobile or cellphone CHARGERS.
Never use mobile phones or music headsets for LONG time.
Try to sleep from 10 PM to 6 AM. This is the best time to sleep.
Never lie down instantly after eating.
Never take medicine just before you sleep.
Keep your cellphone battery charged. The radiation is 1000 times more than normal when the battery is down to the LAST grid bar. Do not talk using the phone that time.

Health is wealth and this is what this blog has iterated time and again. The main aim of Health and Fitness is to assist us all to grow up healthy, keep fit and maintain a stronger life. This is why the motto says that this blog is working towards a healthier and stronger life.

One of the prime motives in this blog is to provide various information about ways in which we can stay fit and healthy. If all of us know how to keep ourselves and our families happy, there would be no need of this blog anymore. Till then, we will work towards our motto.

Health is directly related to happiness. A healthy and wealthy person always remains happy and if you are not sure of it, please talk to a doctor or a gym instructor. They will always have a smile on their faces. Happiness, in many ways is depending on health. A person, who is ill, will not be happy in the long run. He might smile momentarily and try to hide his soreness, but he cannot consider himself to be happy. It is very important to be healthy to lead a happy life.

Happy people, in turn are always healthy. Yes, being happy is the best way to be healthy. Happiness and health go hand in hand. It is true and many researches across the world have proved time and again that if you are happy, there is a lesser chance that you will have a cardiac arrest or diabetes or hypertension and similar diseases. Happier people are less prone to such chronic diseases. We can avoid lot of heart attacks with a smile on the face along with a peaceful and happier mind and heart.

Here is a story of a doctor that I heard recently, and I wanted to share with you all. The doctor used to live in a joint family with many people in it. He used to spend most of his time in attending to their health worries, rather than concentrating on his hospital duties and personal practice. He wanted to get out of it, but could not, since it was his own family. The doctor then devised a way in which he thought that it will be easier for him to handle all his responsibilities. He asked every family member to take care of themselves. In this way, each of them was spending small amount of time in taking care of just themselves without worrying about others in the family. Everyone became happier and the entire family grew healthier too. The doctor could go back to his responsibilities.

Now, this shows that if we can take care of ourselves and remain disease free, it will make us happy. In turn, the entire society will become a better place with happier and healthier citizens. Many of my readers have expressed their interest in various forms of diets. Many of them wanted to follow a diet that would help them reduce weight. Some of them wanted miracle diets that would reduce pounds of the extra fat that they have accumulated in the last few decades, in a couple of weeks. I have been telling them that diets do not work this way.

Diets are not recipes of fast weight loss. No diet chart can guarantee you a fast fat loss even if you follow the chart religiously. Diets and diet charts are just ways in which one can regulate or control the intake of calories on a daily basis. Fewer intakes of calories and more burning of calories in terms of physical work and exercise can eventually affect weight loss or fat loss for many

Laughter by far, is the best treatment, most easily doable exercise, freely available and most remarkable medicine which did not have to be invented by anyone. It gives us pleasure and a feeling of accomplishment and achievement and cheek by jowl, it provides exercise to the whole body.

Probably our forefathers tickled each other or saw a monkey performing acrobats and laughed the first laugh, we do not know. But more than the knowledge of the inception of laughter, it is important to laugh. They knew about the good qualities of a good laughter and hence, they preached us all
