Keep laughing

Laughter by far, is the best treatment, most easily doable exercise, freely available and most remarkable medicine which did not have to be invented by anyone. It gives us pleasure and a feeling of accomplishment and achievement and cheek by jowl, it provides exercise to the whole body.
Probably our forefathers tickled each other or saw a monkey performing acrobats and laughed the first laugh, we do not know. But more than the knowledge of the inception of laughter, it is important to laugh. They knew about the good qualities of a good laughter and hence, they preached us all.
People with anger in their mind and muscles would frown more often than laugh. This creates stress and unhealthy operations in our muscles and body. Laughter can remove all stresses from your life and throw them as we throw flies out of the tea.
Laughter is a source of leading a healthy wealthy and successful life. It keeps tension at bay and provides you with a free mind – calm, peaceful, energized and without rigidity.
Go ahead and laugh a lot. It will do only good to you and your body.
We can laugh while going to office and that will energize us and make a day out of nothing! Laugh while coming back from office and you will be stress free and will be able to spend quality time with your family.
Laugh frequently and laugh regularly. Laugh when you are happy, to share the joy and practice laughter therapy when you are angry, to reduce the stress.
Have you heard of laughter clubs or laughing clubs? Well, I have seen a couple in my locality and even saw my father joining them every morning. I will write about that soon. Keep watch of this space.

I find I laugh out loud more these days than when I was younger.
I can laugh at myself more than I used to,so I guess there are advantages to getting older.
