Lemon Detox diet is seemly still all the rage in diet world since many fitness experts and doctors claimed that this provides diverse health benefits to a part’s body.


If You have completed your detox diet and now you want to keep that huge sense of accomplishment as well as the weight loss. You want to keep looking slimmer, more vibrant and enjoy a happier sense of vitality. So, what do you do now?

To maintain the successful weight loss try to incorporate fiber and protein in your diet. Beans and legumes contain a considerable amount of protein and fibers that help you to to sustain the weight loss. There are lots of different things you can try. When you believe you are ready to try eating more substantial meals while reducing your normal portions to a more reasonable size that would benefit a new dietary regime.

While you are doing that you can continue drinking the cleansing drink as a supplement as you return to your normal eating. Many people used detox diet continue eating many of the stuff and fruits they ate on the detox diet.

In the end be careful , the process of fasting for dieting and detox is dangerous, even with the lemon detox diet, you must first ask your physician’s advice. No. Medication should by no means be stopped or reduced without consulting the prescribing doctor.

Sam, I think this Lemon Detox Diet is not suitable for those that have gastrointestinal problem, as the acidic of the lemon detox diet might make the users feeling even worse...

It would be nice to never go back to the sugary drinks as there are no minimum daily requirements for refined sugar.

sugary stuff aren't they yummy! ,but refined sugars are toxic to the Body ,body must borrow vital nutrients from healthy cells to metabolize the incomplete food and so deplete the body of it's store of vitamins,Calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium that all are taken from various parts of the body to make use of the sugar. It lacks the natural minerals which are present in the sugar beet or cane. CAN YOU imagine that Just 100 grams of refined sugar can suppress the immune system significantly! - Refined sugar disturbs the balance of normal insulin production and a normal blood sugar level! .


Eating healthy should be the base of any dieting plan good
